Table R EX07 (Table Radiolaria Experiment 07)

Table R EX07 (Table Radiolaria Experiment 07) is the result of designer’s 7th experiment on natural form finding investigation. Table R EX07 was created by stretching a single membrane similar to the previous experiments, Fabric Table R and Table R, which were created by physically stretching fabric. For this 7th experiment, virtual membrane stretching tools were utilized (developed by mathematicians and TSI s.r.l).  As a result, greater precision and finer details for the geometry was achieved. This was then casted in aluminium alloy, hand crafted and finished.
